You should be able to translate real-world design principles into engaging, hands-on learning sessions.

Key Responsibilities of the Product Design (UI/UX) Instructor at Walure Capital

• Deliver structured, high-quality classes on UI/UX Design—virtual or physical.
• Develop or refine course materials, lesson plans, slides, and practical assignments.
• Teach core principles and tools in product design.
• Guide learners through real-life design projects using industry best practices.
• Provide constructive critiques and support students’ growth throughout the program.
• Collaborate with the Academy team to continuously improve curriculum delivery.
• Stay updated on trends in UI/UX, product design systems, and emerging design tools.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2–4+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, user research, visual design, and prototyping.
• Teaching, mentoring, or facilitation experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Figma (required) and familiarity with tools such as Miro, Adobe XD, Notion, Illustrator, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex design concepts for learners at different levels.
• Passion for design, creativity, and talent development.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience teaching at a bootcamp, academy, or EdTech platform.
• Experience building design systems.
• Knowledge of basic frontend (HTML/CSS) is a plus but not mandatory.
