Job Description

The Quality Control Manager will oversee all quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves supervising the QC team, inspecting raw and finished products, troubleshooting quality issues, and driving continuous improvement throughout production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures, policies, and documentation
• Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Inspect raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products for defects or inconsistencies
• Supervise and guide the quality control team to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues promptly
• Conduct routine internal audits and support external regulatory audits
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to maintain product quality
• Prepare quality reports, analyses, and recommendations for management
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality

Requirements:

• A degree in Natural Science or related fields from a reputable institution.
• 3–5 years working experience in a similar quality control role within a related industry.
• Candidates residing in or around Agbara/Igbesa, Ogun State will be given special preferences.
• Readiness & Adaptability:
• Candidates who can immediately add value and hit the ground running are highly preferred.
