Job Description

The Data Entry Officer plays a critical role in our supply chain and inventory management. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely recording and processing of all incoming goods, ensuring the integrity of our data and supporting seamless operations across various locations. This position offers stability and growth within our robust nationwide framework.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately record and process details of all goods received into our system, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Validate quantities, descriptions, and specifications of incoming items against accompanying documentation (Goods Received Notes) to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
• Ensure all data entries are precise, complete, and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to resolve any issues related to received goods promptly.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records for audit and easy retrieval.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an OND, HND, or a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution in any relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role is an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
