Personal Assistant duties:

• Help manage daily schedules, errands, and tasks
• Assist with planning meetings, travel, and logistics
• Handle basic admin tasks and communications

Videography & Editing duties:

• Assist with filming and content creation (social media, events, etc.)
• Edit short-form and long-form video content using basic editing software (training provided)
• Organize footage, upload files, and maintain content libraries
• Support creative brainstorming and idea development

Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
• Eager to learn and take initiative
• Comfortable with cameras, social media, and creative tools (or excited to learn)
• Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license (if errands or travel are required)

Requirements :No formal experience required (training will be provided)

• Basic tech literacy (using a phone, computer, email, etc.)
• Flexible availability — occasional weekends or travel may be required
