Job description

At Softermii, we’re on an exciting journey of transformation.

We’re evolving from a traditional outsourcing business into a thriving ecosystem of outsourcing, education, and product development companies — a place where creativity, technology, and human potential converge. Over the years, we’ve built a personalized, transparent, and efficient working model that enables us to deliver software products that perfectly align with our clients’ goals.

Now, we’re ready to expand our impact, and we’re looking for talented individuals to grow with us.

Position: Part-Time UX/UI Designer

  • Commitment: 4 hours per day
  • Type: Remote / Flexible
  • Focus: Internal tasks & potential client projects

We’re searching for a creative, detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to help us craft engaging, intuitive digital experiences.

You’ll work on meaningful products that positively impact communities while helping Softermii refine its internal tools and brand presence.

Potential Projects

Project 1: Public Safety Mobile App

A discreet and intuitive mobile safety application (iOS & Android) that empowers users to stay safe during social interactions such as dating or nightlife activities.

Features: Proactive safety tools, real-time location sharing, emergency response, and a supportive community network — all with a focus on privacy, usability, and empowerment.

Social Impact: Enhancing personal safety and fostering confidence in everyday social experiences.

Project 2: Healthcare Scheduling Platform A planning and scheduling solution for healthcare professionals to manage shifts, track hours, and handle billing seamlessly. Available on Android and iOS, the platform simplifies daily workflow for both staff and healthcare facilities.

Social Impact: Empowering healthcare professionals with flexible scheduling and helping organizations optimize workforce management and patient care.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Design Creation: Produce key design artifacts — from personas and customer journeys to wireframes and prototypes — that clearly express your design vision.
  • Visual Design: Craft clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces that bring clarity and delight to the user experience.
  • Communication: Present and defend your design ideas with confidence. Collaborate openly, seek feedback, and refine solutions through cross-functional teamwork.
  • Collaboration: Partner with clients, developers, and designers to ensure solutions are technically feasible, visually consistent, and user-focused.
  • Pre-Sales Participation: Engage in early client interactions, demonstrating your understanding of user needs and creative problem-solving to help secure exciting projects.
  • Process Optimization: Work within Agile methodologies, but don’t hesitate to innovate — we welcome process improvements that make design-development collaboration smoother.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay on top of UX/UI trends, emerging tools, and best practices. Share insights with the team to foster collective growth.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to Softermii’s marketing efforts by designing event materials, website visuals, and promotional assets.
