• Minimum 1+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile app, or product design work.
• Understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility principles.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Basic understanding of software development workflows and collaboration with developers.
• Must be resident in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for new features.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine designs.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity and design system across all products.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

E-Commerce Project Leadership

• Design intuitive user flows for e-commerce platforms including product catalogs, shopping carts, and checkout experiences.
• Ensure customer-centric design that improves conversions and engagement.

Technical & Platform Management

• Deliver design assets optimized for multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on design deliverables.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Risk & Quality Assurance

• Ensure designs follow best practices for accessibility, performance, and usability.
• Conduct iterative testing to minimize design flaws and improve user experience.
