• What You’ll Be Doing
• Designing user-centric workflows and interfaces for our SaaS platform (web + mobile).
• Translating product requirements and customer feedback into elegant UI components.
• Creating and maintaining our design system and style guidelines.
• Collaborating with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Iterating designs using usability testing and analytics.
• Designing marketing assets: landing pages, promotional graphics, and social visuals.
• Helping shape the overall look and feel of our product and brand.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in UX/UI design (SaaS or B2B experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both web and mobile design work.
• Proficiency with Figma (preferred) or similar tools.
• Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility, and design best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Bonus Skills:

• Marketing & brand design (web, social, graphics).
• Experience designing for complex workflows.
• Familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms.
• Industry knowledge (construction, field services, similar).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for smoother dev handoff.
