Key ResponsibilitiesDirect, shoot, and edit photos and videos for promotional content.Create high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and ads.Design layouts for online/offline campaigns, focusing on real estate properties.Maintain the company’s visual identity across digital and print media.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and property showcases.Prepare graphics for listings on websites, social media, and email newsletters.Revise designs based on feedback to meet brand standards and objectives.Stay updated on design trends, software, and techniques.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.2 - 5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer & Cinematographer, preferably in real estate.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and camera operation.Strong video production, lighting, and editing skills.Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Familiarity with real estate marketing trends.
