? Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate ? On board candidate and create employee record in our systems ? Complete background checks ? Ensure all required training is completed by the new hirers ? Maintain complete and accurate information in employee files ? Coordinate periodic performance reviews for assigned employees ? Conduct initial phone screens and act as the liaison between the candidate and hiring managers ? Perform full lifecycle recruitment staying involved from the initial contact to the offer stage, acting as the main point of contact for each candidate ? Conduct reference checks and assist HR with initiating background checks/drug screenings for new hires ? Curate the Summer Internship Program by sourcing interns as well as creating a summer calendar of events for interns (Lunch & Learns, Networking Days, Community Service, etc.) ? Provide administrative support to HR Manager, as needed ? Act as stand-in HR when HR Manager is out of the office ? Responsible for using discretion with sensitive employee information ? Assist with company events and culture initiatives ? Establish and manage company files, (List of holidays, vacation request forms, etc.)

? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ? Previous intern work experience in Human Resources ? Strong communication skills ? Must be fluent in English, written and spoken ? Detail-oriented with great problem-solving and analytical skills
