Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with UI designers, developers, and product managers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.

• Advocate for user-centric design practices and accessibility standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and processes.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, or InVision).
• Knowledge of usability testing methods and tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to present ideas and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio showcasing UX design projects and processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with design systems and guidelines.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate collaboration with developers.

• Experience with UX writing and crafting microcopy for user interfaces.
